Eligible Issues
We accept return or replacement requests for incorrect items, damaged packages, tampered products, or significant quality concerns reported within 7 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and food-safety reasons, opened consumables and products purchased during certain clearance promotions may not be eligible unless damaged or defective.
How to Request Help

Refunds
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Timelines depend on your payment provider, but usually appear within 5 to 10 business days.
Replacements
Where possible, we may offer a replacement product instead of a refund to resolve the issue faster.
